The coaching process begins with a non-binding introductory meeting that lasts around 30 minutes. The aim is for us both to get to know each other and for me to understand your situation and needs in broad terms. After the meeting, we should both come to the conclusion that we can be a harmonious team. You need to feel comfortable and come to the conclusion that you want to trust me.

We then start the coaching sessions, which usually last 90 minutes. It makes sense to have 1-2 sessions per week for 1-3 months, depending on your needs. The thoughts, feelings and ideas from the coaching should accompany you constantly during this time. Your conscious and subconscious mind work with you and show you the way.

You are in control of the coaching process. You will feel when you have found clarity regarding your challenge. Then we can end the coaching, or you can decide to continue the coaching during the implementation of your solution. This can take place in a less intensive form (e.g. 1-2 sessions per month). You can also arrange individual sessions with me at any time after the end of the coaching.

Yes, this is no problem: both online via video call and a mix of online and face-to-face is possible.

Telephone-only sessions are not ideal and should only be used in exceptional cases.

You will always look back on a successful coaching as an important milestone in your life. It is therefore worth investing both time and money in coaching for you and your future.

An initial meeting to clarify your individual needs is free of charge. These determine the duration and intensity of the coaching and therefore also its financial extent.

You can find out whether your employer or employment agency will support you financially with coaching. The costs of coaching are often tax-deductible.

An activation and placement voucher (AVGS) from the employment agency promotes coaching and qualifications as so-called “measures for activation and professional integration“. With an AVGS, you can book job coaching or start-up coaching with me free of charge.

In the area of AVGS, I work together with Perspekto Coaching GmbH, which is affiliated with the Schulz von Thun Institute and is certified by the Federal Employment Agency as a qualified measure provider.
