While developing my passions of painting and design development, life led me to coaching. Through creative processes, I have developed approaches, concepts and products in which coaching and talent development have played a significant role. As a lecturer and mentor, I have worked and researched with students, young designers and scientists on the core of the independent and have thus been able to experience on many levels how essential and inspiring creative thinking and development is for the unfolding of potential and the development of the personality. I am interested in filtering out the special quality that strengthens the capacity for happiness and self-efficacy.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
